K Series Ball Rolling Type Pneumatic Vibrator Oscillator
DESCRIPTION
Manufactured with a rustproof extruded aluminum body fitted with hardened steel races on which a steel ball rotates.
Nylon end plates are located on either side to contain the ball and prevent the ingress of dust and water, thus allowing the unit to be used in dusty or wet environments.
Inlet and exhaust ports have standard pipe threads, allowing the exhaust air to be piped away, ensuring that no restriction is imposed on exhaust air.
Four mounting holes are provided, two vertically and two horizontally for handling difficult mounting positions.

APPLICATION
Series K, which is small in overall size, pneumatic ball vibrators frequency can be regulated by adjusting the flow of air to the vibrator making them useful for:
Assisting the flow of material from chutes and hoppers
Preventing bottles and similar objects from locking together and blocking conveyor systems
Compaction of material in containers or moulds
Separation of various sizes of material on screens

We are professional Diesel Engine manufacture , established at year 1999 . Our engine brand is " Huafa " , have 2 cylinder , 4 cylinder and 6 Cylinder Diesel Engine from power 15KW to 300KW . Our engine can be used for generator set , water pump , air compressor set , wheel loader , tractor and small truck and marine ship .

2110 , 495 and K4100 are old model engine , very competitive price and good working performance .

R series engine are Ricardo type , model are R4105D, R4105ZD, R4105IZLD, R6105D, R6105ZD, R6105AZLD and R6105IZLD , output from 42KW to 132KW at 1500 rpm .

6126 series engine are Steyr type , models are 6126ZLD2 , 6126ZLD3 , 6126ZLD4 at 1500rpm , output from 170KW to 223KW

Based on the Ricardo technology and our experience , our technology department also develop R6113 series engine .

All model can be at 1800rpm , 2000rpm , 2200rpm and 2400rpm , with or without clutch , for different usage .
