Recently, Sichuan Yibin Redry Factory actively promoted the establishment of near-infrared spectrometer model, and promoted the rapid and accurate detection of the new normal state in chemical detection work.

One is to use a near-infrared spectrum analyzer to scan a large number of smoked samples to obtain a modeled spectrum. The near-infrared working environment requires extremely high requirements, and it is necessary to simultaneously satisfy the identity of the environmental temperature and humidity, the particle size of the smoke particles, the thickness of the carrier, and the density of the carrier. Through a large number of experiments and comparisons, the factory has developed a set of effective work processes. It has scanned 220 samples of Zhejiang Zhongyan, Henan Zhongyan, and Import and Export Industrial Co., Ltd. and screened the spectrum.

The second is to use a continuous flow analyzer to detect the smoked samples and obtain modeled chemical values. The flow analyzer has long sample preparation time and high requirements, and each link must ensure its accuracy. Each batch of samples requires 4 days of testing time. Through inspection and analysis and data processing, the flow analyzer can accurately detect the chemical components in tobacco leaves.

The third is to use modeling software to establish and filter the optimal model. The factory actively communicates closely with Shanghai Chuangheyi Company and uses Matlab software to develop a new set of near-infrared modeling software. Through partial least-squares regression analysis, a near-infrared model including seven chemical indicators including total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, chlorine, potassium, nitrogen, and pH was preliminarily established.
