UVLED source customer reflects the chiller occurrs water flow alarm

Tang has bought S&A chiller CW-5200 to cool 120W and 600W UVLED source, but it occurred flow alarm after connecting with his equipment. As a result, he contacted S&A after-sales dept. at the first time. After checking, S&A found the diameter of the pipe ( 2~3mm) which is connected with chiller and UV equipment is too small , and lead to ultralow water flow alarm. We need to replace another pipe with larger diameter.

Since January 2016, the warranty period of S&A chiller has extended to 2 years.
