As we all know, the starting of an engine requires external support, and the starter is playing the role. Generally speaking, the boot machine uses three components to achieve the whole start-up process. The DC series exciting motor introduces the current from the battery and causes the mechanical motion of the driving gear of the starter; the drive gear meshes the driving gear into the flywheel ring, and can be automatically removed after the engine starts; the switch of the starting machine is controlled by an electromagnetic switch. Among them, the motor is the main part of the starter, and its working principle is the process of transforming the energy which is based on Ampere's law in the physics of junior middle school, that is, the force of the electric conductor in the magnetic field. The motor includes necessary Armature, commutator, pole, brush, bearing and case. The engine must rotate with external force before it runs on its own power. The engine changes from static state to external operation by external force, which is called engine start. There are three ways to start the engine, including human start, auxiliary gasoline engine start and electric start. It is simple but inconvenient, but not convenient, and the labor intensity is large. It is only suitable for some small power engines. It is reserved only in some cars as backup. The auxiliary gasoline engine is mainly used in high power diesel engine; the operation of electric starting is simple and fast. It has the ability of repeated starting and remote control, so it is widely used by modern cars.
