DG34C Elevating Platform Fire Truck

DG34C fire truck is a kind of main battle vehicle integrated with water tank, high pressure spray and ladder truck functions, widely applied in firefighting and rescue work of cities and towns, mines, oil fields, factories and other middle-high rise buildings, and is a necessity for high-rise firefighting, personnel and property rescue.

I. Main Technical Characteristics
1. Benz 3344 type II chassis is adopted into DG34C, which has advanced performances, strong bearing capacity and full power reserves (320kw/31.45t) and its emission level reaches EURO 3.
2. The firefighting system has all-round functions and the pump and fire monitor have outstanding performance. The PSP1500 pump system is adopted from American Darley Company, which is driven by full power take-off force, reliable and suitable for long time operation. The water monitor installed on the platform is 5177 electric-type fire monitor produced by American Akron Company. Water inlet, outlet and control valves are completely equipped for ease of operation.
3. It's designed to have an in-built fire-fighting tank with a capacity of 4.7 tons of water, and a manual type PS30/50D fire monitor is equipped on the upper part of the tank for fire fighting operation.
4. Based on the PLC and CAN Bus distributed control technology, the vehicle can achieve automatic leveling in lower structure, sub-regional range control, platform load weighting, platform ultrasonic collision detection, upper and lower structure posture dynamic monitoring and single-key operation presentation function. Innovated structure promotes working performance and safety. The telescopic boom is octagon fitted with great circle arc section, with hydraulic cable transmission chain in-laid, which gives it a compact structure, good appearance and a strong bearing capacity.
