The R&D team of Tiejian Heavy Industry carried out targeted research projects and broke through the problems existing in the fast lane technology and process of the imported dig and anchor machine, realized the simultaneous operation of excavation and support, and improved the speed of the equipment lane and solved the problem. At present, the equipment has been granted 20 patents, of which 5 are invention patents, with complete independent intellectual property rights.

Industrial test data show that the equipment is safe and efficient to dig, the roadway is well formed, the anchoring quality is reliable, and the whole machine is powerful enough to fully meet the requirements of coal mine machinery construction. Under the conditions of post-matching belt transportation, the footage of Richeng Lane can reach 160 meters. The average monthly footage can reach 4000 meters.
