The new type of conservation tillage machine was successfully developed

Recently, the reporter learned from the Provincial Science and Technology Department that the International Science and Technology Cooperation Project of “Cooperative Research on Multi-functional Water Storage and Conservation Farming Tools” undertaken by the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Research Institute passed the acceptance test in Changchun. The birth of this new type of farming equipment will play an important role in promoting the modernization of agriculture in Northeast China.

According to reports, the project has closely integrated modern agronomy and engineering technology, formed a conservation farming farming technology system suitable for the northeast region, and developed a combination of tillage and tillage combined operation machinery with independent intellectual property rights. Through cooperation with American PTI Company, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced no-till precision planter in the United States, combined with the cultivation characteristics of corn and soybean in Northeast China, 2BM-4 no-till precision planter was developed to solve the water storage. The problem of planting under the condition of straw residue protection in conservation tillage can improve and effectively implement conservation tillage techniques.

Light Duty Chain Conveyor

Light range of conveyors is developed to convey grains, seeds, pigments, additives and meal type of products where material is free flowing and less abrasive environment. Bush chain with bolted UHMWPE paddle is used to convey materials, which run on bottom plate and return brackets. UHMWPE bottom and top liners are available on request. Due to its design and product nature, these conveyors can operate at high chain speed.

Conveyor casings and bolt holes are cut using CNS laser machines and folded. These conveyors are specifically designed to reduce fabrication and assembly duration, which makes them very economical.

Chain conveyors can be designed in a horizontal, inclined, or in vertical arrangement. Conveyor`s bottom and side panels are made off 3mm folded galvanized sheets with 2mm top cover. Drive and tail units fitted with flanged bearing housings with lip seals, Plummer block bearing housing are also available on request.

Hardened head end and tail sprockets are mounted with keys.

Conveyor roller chains and standard sprockets are widely used for these applications.

Tail end comes with adjustable screw take up in standard design; self-cleaning tail end with screw adjustment on driven is available for food products.
