Third, pay attention to matters

1. The gas generator set room should be kept away from the open flame area;

2. The gas generator set room should be spacious, bright and require the installation of ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation;

3. When the gas generator set is installed, the chassis and the foundation shall be leveled with a flat horn. The contact area should be above 60% and evenly distributed;

4, the indoor installation of lighting, switches, lines and electrical appliances should be used explosion-proof measures, and fixed firmly;

5, gas generator set room should meet the requirements of fire protection, equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire fighting equipment;

6. The combustible gas alarm device is installed in the gas generator set room and can be found in time when the combustible gas leaks;

7. The internal diameter of the external main pipeline of single gas engine gas pipeline below 60kw shall not be less than 2 inches, and the internal diameter of the part close to the engine shall not be less than 1 inch! More than 60kw gas-fired generating units are respectively 3吋 and 2吋.
