During the operation of the forklift, it always takes a long time and a high frequency to bear a large load, so the strength of the gantry assembly, especially the outer gantry that plays a key role, is very high.
1. Common outer gantry assembly structure The structure of the ordinary outer gantry assembly is shown in Figure 1. The structure in the four-frame is more complicated, and the deformation of the gantry after assembly is large, and it is necessary to eliminate the welding stress and perform secondary correction. The processing process of the middle beam 1 and the lower beam 3 is complicated, the production process is long, and the mold manufacturing is required at the same time, and the production cost is high, especially the opening dimension a of the middle beam is not easy to be ensured in actual production, and correction is needed after the completion of the processing. To this end, it was decided to improve the original ordinary outer gantry.
2. New outer gantry assembly structure The new outer gantry assembly structure is shown in Figure 2. The structure of the four-frame is relatively simple, the deformation of the gantry assembly after welding is small, the appropriate control can meet the requirements, no correction is needed, and the middle beam opening size b is easy to control during actual production.
The vertical distance between the ordinary gantry tilting cylinder support and the Huff seat is 450 mm. The new outer gantry is moved downwards relative to the ordinary outer gantry, between the inclined hydraulic cylinder support and the Huff support. The vertical distance reaches 600 mm, so the force of the outer mast is obviously improved when the new gantry is tilted in front and rear.
3. Comparison of the strength of the two external gantry After the CAE experiment, the structural strength of the two external gantry assemblies is compared. The maximum displacement of the common external gantry is 11.17 mm, and the maximum displacement of the new external gantry is 11.9. Mm. Although the deformation of the new outer gantry is slightly increased under the same conditions, the deformation amount is not much different, and it can be used in various working conditions.
After the CAE experiment was simulated by computer simulation, the structural strength of the beams in the two external gantry was compared. After loading under the same conditions, the stress of the ordinary external gantry beam is poor, and the maximum stress is 144 MPa. The beam of the new outer gantry welded-welded structural beam is better, and the maximum stress is 113 MPa.
It can be seen from the above that the new outer gantry assembly has a simple structure and small mass, optimizes the processing technology of the parts, and has high production efficiency, and can completely replace the ordinary outer gantry assembly under the same stress conditions.
