Siemens made the first UHVDC converter transformer in China

Recently, the first ± 800 kV HVDC converter transformer made by Siemens in China successfully passed the factory test.

This Taiwan HVDC converter transformer is one of two converter transformers provided by Guangzhou Siemens Transformer Co., Ltd. for the Hami-Zhengzhou ± 800kV HVDC transmission line.
