The 300-ton marine environment monitoring ship project is one of the key sub-projects of the joint prevention and control capacity building of the “Qinhuangdao Monitoring Capacity Improvement Projectâ€. The design unit of the environmental monitoring vessel is China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation No. 702 Research Institute, and the construction unit is Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which was formally started construction on March 15, 2016.
The vessel is a single-deck, double-deck, double-blade, double-rudder steel marine environment monitoring vessel, with a design length of 40.35 meters, a speed of 12.5 knots, an endurance of 800 nautical miles, a self-sustaining force of 10 days, and an anti-wind rating 8th level. The main structure is divided into the bilge cabin, main deck, driving deck and compass deck. A panoramic cab is arranged on the driving deck, and the survey working area, experimental area, living area and mooring system area are arranged on the main deck. The experimental area is 87.6 square meters. . The vessel has a capacity of 21 people, including 11 crew members and 10 monitoring staff.
After the vessel is put into use, it will be the second professional marine environmental monitoring survey vessel in the field of environmental monitoring in China. The ship has the capability of sampling hydrology, water quality, sediments and biology in the offshore waters, general routine monitoring projects, analysis capabilities of on-site monitoring projects, emergency monitoring and sampling capabilities for sudden pollution accidents in coastal waters, and on-line equipment and equipment in real time. Walk the ability to monitor specific pollution items. The marine environmental monitoring work that will cover parts of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea will also provide strong protection for environmental monitoring in Qinhuangdao City and its surrounding coastal waters, and lay a solid foundation for effective marine environment monitoring and scientific investigation.

Nickel-based alloy powders are commonly used in plasma transfer arc welding (PTAW) due to their excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and good weldability. These alloys are typically composed of nickel as the base metal, with various alloying elements added to enhance specific properties.
Some commonly used nickel-based alloy powders for PTAW include:
1. Inconel 625: This alloy powder is widely used for PTAW due to its high strength, excellent resistance to corrosion, and oxidation at elevated temperatures. It is commonly used in applications involving seawater, chemical processing, and aerospace industries.
2. Hastelloy X: This alloy powder is known for its high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. It is commonly used in applications involving gas turbine engines, industrial furnace components, and chemical processing.
3. Monel 400: This alloy powder is known for its excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly in marine environments. It is commonly used in applications involving seawater, chemical processing, and oil refining.
4. Inconel 718: This alloy powder is known for its high strength, excellent resistance to corrosion, and good weldability. It is commonly used in applications involving aerospace, oil and gas, and nuclear industries.
5. Inconel 601: This alloy powder is known for its excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion. It is commonly used in applications involving heat treatment equipment, chemical processing, and power generation.
These nickel-based alloy powders can be used in PTAW processes to create high-quality welds with excellent mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
