This is not a scene in Star Wars, but a three-day period for Sandvik Mine Construction Machinery. "Customer Day Activity". On August 26, the event kicked off in Hangzhou. Nearly 300 customers from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, and some of the world's industries and related domestic industry media participated in the first day of the event.

The first stop of the event was the Tushanwu Quarry in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Huzhou Dingshanwu Sandstone Aggregate Processing System was installed in September 2009 with an annual output of 4.8 million tons. The finished products are mainly sold to Hangzhou, Shanghai, Huzhou and the local area. The entire system uses advanced Sandvik equipment, including 2 bar feeders, 2 jaw crushers and 3 cone crushers. According to the needs of the market, the system can produce sand aggregates of medium and high-end products through three-stage crushing, and can also produce products that meet the general market demand through a two-stage crushing process and a third-stage crushing process.

Under the guidance of relevant Sandvik personnel, participants visited the sand aggregate processing system at the quarry. Every detail design of the quarry has attracted a large number of onlookers.

The ability to closely observe the quarry's technological process has aroused great interest from participants. Industry sources told reporters that the design of the quarry process and the choice of equipment will directly affect its production capacity. Therefore, to provide equipment capable of lowering the cost per ton of finished product, it is necessary to require familiarity with the entire quarrying process and consider the impact of blasting stone distribution channels. Sandvik has been dedicated to mine mining for many years and has accumulated a lot of experience. At present, it can not only provide equipment, but also provide complete solutions, and can provide customers with certain experience and technical support for mining.

The second stop of the event was Zhejiang Tongyuan Quarry, which was held in the opencast of the quarry. At the site, 4 drilling rigs, 6 hammers, 3 fixed crushers, and 3 sets of mobile crushing and sieving equipment were successively opened and the operator was ready to go.

The first to demonstrate is the breaker. The Sandvik breaker can quickly and efficiently complete a difficult crushing operation with a high power to weight ratio, easy operation and simple connection. After continuous improvement, Sandvik hammers are of reliable quality, low maintenance requirements, easy installation and high performance, which can greatly increase productivity and reduce the toll cost of broken materials.

Immediately afterwards, the top hammer drill and the submerged drilling rig started working. Drilling rigs account for about 10% to 15% of the total cost of mining, and also affect every step of the subsequent production process. In order to enable customers to obtain drilling equipment that satisfies the requirements of the work, Sandvik has made great efforts in drilling rig research.

Finally, mobile crushing and screening equipment began to produce stone materials of various specifications on site. Sandvik Mobile Crushing and Sieving Equipment can meet the high requirements of users who need to move equipment at any time on the site and in the transportation process. There are two kinds of wheel and track type, compact structure, light weight and stable operation. Due to the strong compatibility of different devices, two, three, or more devices can be combined together depending on the required aggregate size.

At the same time as the demonstration, there are equipment technical support personnel who will introduce the specific parameters and application fields of the equipment in both Chinese and English languages. In spite of the extreme heat, the participants were always attentive. After all, such large-scale live demonstrations are not common.
