Sales of loaders narrowed to 5% in the first quarter

Affected by the declining investment growth in the second half of 2012, the sales of concrete machinery began to decline and did not improve in the first quarter of 2013. From the perspective of sales data, the bad debts of receivables caused the company to tighten the sales conditions due to the low demand in the downstream. The impact of excavator, crane and other products in the first quarter sales showed a decline of about 20%, profits have been greatly affected.

After entering the second quarter, the infrastructure investment accelerated, and the expected recovery of the industry in the second quarter still existed. In March 2013, the decline in the sales volume of construction machinery products represented by excavators and loaders had narrowed to around 5%.

In the second quarter, with the acceleration of infrastructure investment and the improvement of market expectations, the expectation of the growth in sales of construction machinery still exists.
