Vegetable Peeling Machine

The peeling machine is used for abrasive peeling or pre-peeling a variety of root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, radish, beetroot, taro and other vegetables. By use of an infeed chute the raw material is fed to the central transportation auger with brush rollers. The rollers rotates and peels vegetables while the central transportation auger leads the vegetables gentle over the length of the brush rollers and sand rollers. Spirals on the rollers ensures tumbling and prevents the product of slipping through. The speed and hardness of the roller brushes can be adjusted to the needs of your specific raw product.

Produce enters the drum and is sprayed with fresh or recycled water. The Veggie-Peeler improves the appearance of fresh vegetables. Our experience with rotary brush drum technology and brush specification means vegetables are washed and peeled to the highest retailing standards.

All machines are made of stainless steel and can be seamlessly integrated into a Vegetable Processing Line together with our other machines.
