However, the domestic baseline field testing is still using the manual method for testing. The efficiency is very low, and it cannot meet the needs of society. It has become a nuisance to domestic measurement peers. Puzzles. To this end, after more than a year of research and development and several tests, the Nanjing Metrology Institute built a set of high-efficiency, high-precision automatic inspection systems, which for the first time changed from manual scheduling testing to automated scheduling testing, and increased inspection efficiency by 60%. Above, it fills the domestic testing gap.

In recent years, Nanjing Metrology Institute has been relying on the construction of a scientific and technological achievements transformation base of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and has made major breakthroughs in the field of surveying and mapping instrumentation.

In 2015, the “Beidou Satellite Navigation Product 2201 Testing Center” of the Metrology Institute of Nanjing passed the inspection and acceptance of the General Staff Survey and Mapping Bureau, becoming the only military and civilian qualification testing center in East China. The testing center has the capability of detecting a full range of satellite terminal products, which has enhanced Jiangsu's ability to verify navigation, surveying and mapping equipment, and provided measurement technical support for surveying, mapping, land, and planning.

In addition, Nanjing Metrology Institute also set up a technical research team to develop a gyroscope detection system. At the beginning of July 2016, it officially completed and launched external services. It is reported that gyroscopes, as a new type of measurement angle and direction-maintaining inertial navigation instruments frequently appearing in the public field of vision in recent years, are widely used in the fields of navigation, aerospace, and defense industries. There have been no corresponding verification procedures and legal systems. The civil gyro is certified.

The establishment of the hospital's gyroscope detection system to meet the needs of society and national development of gyro testing needs to fill the gap in the detection of inertial navigation systems in eastern China.

In the next step, the institute will build a technology service platform for inertial navigation-related scientific research projects and build a metrology and inspection organization that includes Beidou and GPS detection, inertial navigation detection, and integrated navigation detection.

hydraulic windlass
It is suitable for windlass with anchor chain diameter of 16mm-120mm. Hydraulic windlasses are also called electro-hydraulic windlasses. It drives the oil pump with a motor, drives the motor with high-pressure oil, and then drives the transmission gear through a reducer (or no reducer). To make the windlass run, its structure is relatively compact and its volume is small. Now there has been an automatic hydraulic windlass, which is equipped with an anchor chain length sensor. When the anchor chain needs to be thrown out, the windlass will automatically stop; , can automatically decelerate; the anchor will automatically stop when it enters the anchor chain drum and is properly received.
