Michelin China Announces Increase in Prices of Light Trucks and Car Replacement Tires

On May 7, Michelin (China) Investment Co., Ltd. announced that Michelin China will increase the price of replacement tires for passenger cars and light trucks due to the substantial increase in raw material prices. Three brands under Michelin China: Michelin, Pull back, Bailu Chi, according to different product specifications, prices rose between 3% and 7%. The price increase will be implemented in June 2008.
