Product Description

Usage of wax melting box: melting and heat preservation of melting products of paraffin wax, carnauba wax and ghee wax. It is the important wax-melting device for the process before producing the candle. It can immediately melt the paraffin products, but not destroy its components and thus achieve the maximal wax-melting and hear preservation effect. The interior of the melter is manufactured by the stainless steel thick plates. The product has the high quality and beautiful and humanized design. It is integrated with the mixer and the stainless rotating blade achieves the even distribution of the temperature and color of the wax solution. The product includes the types of electric melting and steam melting.

The melter consists of wax melting pipe, heat preservation box, filter mesh, solenoid valve, mixer motor, mixer and electric box. It is the important wax -  melting device for the process before producing the candle; It has been widely applied in the candle industry. The stainless steel mixer can be customized and added according to the requirements of customers.

Rotary Cooler, also know as rotary cooling machine, rotary drum cooler, with almost the same structure as Rotary Drum Dryer, is used to decrease the material temperature, and it can be cooled with both air or water. After heat exchange the temperature of the material can be as low as 40 Celsius degree, making preparation for the following packing unit.
