·Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. recalled some domestic Accord, Fit, Feng Fan, Song Poetry, and Idea S1

Recently, Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ according to the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall and the Implementation Measures for the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall, and decided to start from October 23, 2017. Recall some domestic Accord, Fit, Fengfan, Song Poetry, and Idea S1 sedan, totaling 245,101 vehicles. The specific information is as follows:

(1) The 2012 Accord sedan produced during the period from June 17, 2011 to August 8, 2012, totaling 81,612 vehicles;

(ii) A total of 50,198 2012 Fit cars produced between May 20, 2010 and September 13, 2012;

(3) The 2012 model Fengfan sedan produced between May 20, 2011 and December 25, 2012, totaling 106,305 vehicles;

(4) A total of 180 cars of the 2012 songs and poems produced between January 13, 2012 and March 7, 2012;

(5) The 2012 concept S1 sedan produced during the period from August 27, 2012 to April 3, 2013, totaling 6,806 vehicles;

The airbags in front of the passenger's seat of some vehicles in this recall range were equipped with an ammonium nitrate gas generator without a desiccant produced by Takada. When the airbag is deployed, the gas generator of the airbag may be abnormally damaged, causing the debris to fly out, injuring the inside of the vehicle, and there is a safety hazard. Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the airbags in front of the passenger seat for the vehicles within the scope of the recall to eliminate safety hazards.
