Fluorite demineralization process

The invention discloses a fluorite decalcification beneficiation process, which is composed of one rough selection and multiple selection operations, and is roughly selected by using oleic acid or its substitute as a collector , and sulfuric acid and acidic water glass are used. The mixture is used as an inhibitor of calcium-containing minerals, and the ratio of sulfuric acid to acidic water glass is 1:0.5 to 1:2, and the combined amount is 0.5 to 1.5 KG/T of ore. The fluorite decalcifying ore dressing process provided by the invention has the advantages of high calcium removal efficiency, simple process and low cost, and a special grade fluorite concentrate with low calcium carbonate content can be selected from the high calcium type fluorite ore.
