Advantages;
1. Adopt  high  speed  cantilever centrifugal blast wheel, can significantly improve the quality of cleaning efficiency. Blasting Chambers and the arrangement of blasting wheel have been confirmed after the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation of projectile.
2. Adopt two stations pendant chain working way. Use frequency converter control pendant chain conveying.
3.Equipped workpiece test device for reaching the purpose starting with workpiece, stoping with no workpiece, realize working automaticly.
4.The blade wheel of blast wheel is made by machining center one time, running  dynamic balance test to reduce the vibration of blast wheel, improve blast wheel life time.
5.The machine adopts PLC control, improving degree of automation.
6. The test device equiped inlet and outlet of blast chamber, could realize workpiece are blasted
