Xiaoyi Da joined Eaton in 1995 and has held several important positions in manufacturing and marketing, including the European Regional Business Manager in Turin, Italy, where he was responsible for the turbocharger and cylinder division business. He had previously worked in Shanghai, China. General Manager of Engine Air Management, Eaton Vehicle Group; Managing Director, India; and President of Eaton Hydraulic Group Asia Pacific prior to this appointment.

Xiao Yida holds a bachelor's degree in physics and general science from Iowa Koy College and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Liu Hui joined Eaton in 2006 and served as the general manager of the hydraulic group in China. In 2010, he was appointed president of Vehicle Group Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Eaton, Liu Hui served as general manager of the China subsidiary of Carrier Group of UTC and had experience in business management at Danaher Corporation in the United States.

Liu Hui holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
