This DC Oil-submerged pump is suitable for use with diesel and biodiesel B30, with battery cable and clips. Do not run dry. Do not pump low ignition oil like Gasoline, Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Alcohol as well as high viscous oil like Engine Oil.

1.Polarity reversed(+) (-).

1.Correctly attach polarity to power source (+) (-).

2.Leak in suction line.

2.Ensure the suction hose is securely fastened and there are no leaks.

3.Pump not primed.

3.Prime the pump by adding oil to near the pump inlet.

Little oil flow

1.Low voltage supply.

1.Increase the supply voltage to proper levels.

2.Excessive suction height or head.

2.Reduce suction height or head.

3.Obstruction in the filter strainer.

3.Clear foreign objects,clean filter strainer.
