Cause: The bolt is loose and leaking, replace the rubber pad, and tighten the bolt. If the bolt is loose in a large area and the bolt cannot be tightened, the lining plate is seriously worn, and the flat head of the bolt is also seriously worn. The lining plate needs to be replaced and the bolt is replaced.

The vibration of the mill transmission part is large, and the current fluctuation is large.

Reasons: 1. Pinion bearing wear 2. Large and small gear meshing is not good 3. Coupling is different 4. The gear and bearing of the reducer are seriously worn, and the side guard plates, torque rods and brake pads of the clutch are seriously worn.

Solution: Replace the worn parts, adjust the gear meshing clearance in strict accordance with the technical requirements, and adjust the concentricity.

The mill suddenly trips during normal operation

Reasons: (1) insufficient air pressure (2) insufficient oil pressure (3) high oil temperature

an examination:

(1) Check whether the air compressor works normally, whether there is leakage in the pipeline, whether the pressure regulator is faulty, etc.

(2) Check if the oil level of the fuel tank is suitable, whether the oil pump works normally, what is the difference between the oil supply pressure and the outlet pressure of the pump, and whether the pipeline is blocked or not;

(3) The tour detector shows that the oil temperature is high, and the actual temperature is felt by hand. If the actual temperature is not much different from the display temperature, the cause must be found before starting.

4. Grinding rough

(1) The grinding concentration is too small, the grinding time is not enough, the slurry flow rate is too fast, so it runs rough. Treatment method: reduce the amount of ore water, and increase the amount of ore to be properly added;

(2) The concentration of grinding is too large, the concentration of pulp is too large, the buoyancy of the slurry increases, and the grinding and stripping action of the small steel ball is reduced, so it runs rough. Treatment method: reduce the amount of ore added or increase the ore water;

(3) The ball filling amount or steel ball ratio is not suitable, check the ball filling amount and the steel ball ratio.
