The test line is an important part of the new assembly line of the transmission assembly of China National Heavy Duty Truck Transmission. As a link connecting the new assembly line and the coating line, it has a test capability of 600 sets per day. The new test line adopts a mechanical assembly line operation method. At the same time, the trial run of six transmissions is 300% of the efficiency of the original test line. The new assembly test line is easy to operate, changing the previous way of human hoisting test, reducing the labor intensity and improving the safety factor; the test site is tidy and the logistics is convenient. The test system adopts the "transmission test run information management system" independently developed by CNHTC's gearbox test system and employees of the transmission department. This system not only realizes paperless office work, but also ensures accurate information, non-loss of data and traceable responsibility. It is fully compatible with the newly listed high-end AMT hand automatic heavy-duty gearbox, which meets the requirements of the “Perfect Engineering Year” activity of the transmission department.
