A Brief Analysis of the Import and Export of Braking System Components in June 2011

First, the export of braking system component products

In June 2011, the export value of brake system component products was US$328 million, an increase of 16.40% over the same period of 2010. From January to June, the export value of brake system component products was 1.693 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 25.21% over the same period of 2010. From January to June, the main export countries of brake system component products were the United States, Japan, Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Second, the brake system component product imports

In June 2011, the import value of brake system component products was US$92 million, a decrease of 3.65% from the same period in 2010. From January to June, the accumulative import amount of braking system component products was 603 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 5.23% over the same period of 2010. From January to June, the major countries for the import of brake system component products were: Japan, Germany, South Korea, the United States, and the Czech Republic.
